REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUND POLICY

  • In the event that you desire a refund on any amount that has been debited from your credit/debit card please email customersupport@dubaiteslaexperience.com and make a refund request clearly explaining the circumstances of your refund request.

  • When we determine that a refund request is valid, we shall make reasonable efforts to grant the refund request and return the requisite funds to your account through the original mode of payment within 3 months depending on the issuing bank of the credit card in the currency in which it was debited from the user's account.

  • No refund will be applicable of the pre-booked ride, unless in the case of a missed flight due to genuine reasons.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to respond to your refund request at the earliest. Please note that we will not be responsible for delays, which may be caused by any third parties such as banks and Merchants, on whom we rely while processing your refund request, or for any delay caused in the case of any Force

  • Majeure events which are beyond our reasonable control. Therefore, we bear no liability for the processing of the refund requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You agree and acknowledge that you may cancel your availed service not later than 24 hours before the agreed pickup and 80% of the paid amount will be returned back to the credit card used by the customer to make the booking and 20% will be retained by the merchant on account of transaction costs/cancellation fees. Cancellations in less than 24 hours before the agreed pickup will not be refundable.
